Features of Cementball mill :
The cement ball mill of our company mainly have two transmission mode, namely the edge transmission and center drive. And use the suitable transmission mode for different types of cement mill. Interior of the cylinder liner using the new classification standard ladder liner and other specifications, such increasing the surface area of the material grinding, better grading effect,post-maintenance and replacement easier. The compartment structure using adjustable lifting plate and fixed lifting plate is easy to install and maintain.
Parts of Cement ball mill :
Cement mill consists of feeding device, supporting device,turning part, discharge device, transmission, lubrication and cooling device.
Principle of Cement ball mill :
Cement ball mill is also called cement ball mill, cement miller. Cement mill grinding media is steel ball. As the cement mill machine has two warehouses with different specifications of steel balls, the materials through the hollow axis into the first warehouse to get rough grinding and then enter into the second warehouse to get further grinding. And finally, the fine powder will be discharged form the cement mill. The grinding medias grind and crush the material due to the centrifugal force. When the cement mill body rotates, the steel balls adhere the body to a certain height and then fall down to grind the materials.
