Sand production Line:
Sand production line is produced by mating internationally advanced fifth generation sand making machine (vertical shaft impact crusher(sand making machine)) with our other mining machines. Our sand production line mainly consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, sand making machine, vibrating screen, sand washing machine, traveling apron, electronic control equipment, etc. Its output is generally 50-500 t/h. Your special requirements can be satisfied.
Applications of Sand Production Line: Our sand production line is suitable for artificial sand making or processing hard limestone, granite, basalt, cobble and other aggregates. It is applicable to power industry, building materials processing, road building, and construction industry and other fields.
Basic Flow: Stones are evenly sent into jaw crusher by vibrating feeder, for coarse breaking. The coarsely crushed materials are conveyed to sand making machine through traveling apron, for further crushing. Then, the crushed materials are screened by vibrating screen. The qualified crushed materials are washed by sand washing machine and sent out by conveyor. Those unqualified materials are sent back to sand making machine and processed again. If users adopt dry production technology, the sand production line should be equipped with separator (for separating coarse powder and fine powder) and dust removal plant.
