An overview of vibratory screen:

A vibrating screen is a vibrating screen machine which divides the mixed materials with different grain size into a number of different levels of granularity through single or multilayer screen surface. There are mainly two varieties: circular vibrating screen machine and linear vibrating screen machine. Circle vibrating screen's movement locus is a circumference.It is a new multilayer, highly efficient vibrating screen. Vibratory  Screen Principle Of Operation:
This vibratory screen machine takes the dual eccentric shaft vibration exciter through the triangle belt by motor; The exciter's two eccentric axles do the synchronous reverse revolution assured by a pair of meshing gear; The two eccentric axles have certain angle when they are installed, the centrifugal force produced by it makes the sieve body do round straight-line vibration among the vertical direction, the materials move foreward constantly in the process of vibration.
