Mining Thickener Introduction:
NZ (S) type (also called TNZ type) centre drive concentrator is widely used during the ore mining process.The machine diameter is less than 12m work in manual condition, machines above 12m in general way, using electric lift rake device. Large concentrator usually adopts the concrete pool and have overload instructions or alarm device. This machine structure is simple with small wear, easy maintenance.
Mining Thickener Characteristics:
1.Adding flocculating agent, bigger the diameter of the deposit solid grain, speed up the deposit.
2.Set the lean board, reducer the mash deposit distance, increase the deposit square.
3.Have effect on flocculating. Percolating, compressing and dealing quantity of the slurry deposits
4.Fit the perfect automatic facility.
Mining Thickener Application:
It is suitable for dehydrating water of the concentration and gangue in the concentrating factory. Make the mash of 20~30% raise up to 40~70% about, it is widely used for gold melting, chemical, coal, non metal concentration, environment protected etc industry.
