Usage of dry powder ball press machine
It is widely used in aluminum scrap, magnesium scrap, active carbon,aluminum oxide, quick lime, etc. The size of the pellets will be 35mmx25mmx15mm. with the requirement of client, we  manufactured dry powder ball press machine, which can make specific size of balls with a bulk density of 1.9-2.2 g/cm3, and the hardness as a quick lime block. Working Principle of ball press machine
1.Main part of charcoal briquetting machine is provided with motive power by electromagnetic speed motor, through belt pulley, cylindrical gear reducer, transmit to the main drive shaft by bar pin coupling.
2. Drive shaft and driven shaft of charcoal briquetting machine use the open gear to ensure synchronous operation,behind the driven shaft bearing block, set a hydraulic device.
