In This , we use processing 500 t of gold ore for one day as example:
first Ores by the vibrating feeder get into the jaw crusher PE 400 * 600, after the primary crushing, ore get into the jaw crusher PEX250 * 1000 to the second crushing, PEX250 * 1000 and vibrating screen at the same time form a closed circuit system,
ores bigger than 20mm back to the crusher ,less than 20 mm ores by electromagnetic vibrating feeder enter into the ball mill, and also the ball mill and classifier 1500 * 9000 form a closed circuit system, solution then get into the hydrocyclones, bigger than 200 mesh particles into the second ball mill 1830 * 5500 regrinding.less than 200 mesh particles into the thickener,
After dealing with by the thickener, solution density reached 35-50%, then go into the leaching reaction tank , the first leaching tank to join the cyanide and need to control the PH 10-10.5,
on the last leaching tank to detection cyanide concentration detection, cyanide concentration of 0.03% to 0.06%, this line the leaching time is 24 hours at the same time adding activated carbon In the eighth leaching tank to adsorption, activated carbon flow movement to the fourth leaching tank, after activated carbon adsorption saturation, using carbon pump get out the activated carbon
Then use the electrowinning machine to process the loaded carbon, After that smelt to get the 99.99% gold. in this way the activated carbon can be recycled gold recovery rate can reach 97%.
tailings use filter pressure processing, water and sodium can be recycled, reduce the pollution and reduce the wastage of water
