Dry Rod mill application

Rod mill is applied to metal and nonmetalmine, water conservancy and glass building materials grinding various ore, rockand artificial sand which needs product granularity evenly. Theenergy-efficient rod mill that our company produces is all that rolling bearingsupport instead of bearing bush slip bearing support. It will save 10-20%energy compared with slip bearing support and improve production capacity by10-20%.

It uses grease replacing dilute oil lubricating station. The grindingmill does not need allocate high price high or low pressure lubricatingstation. The grinding mill with diameter above 2700mm can adopt high pressure electrical machinery, pneumatic clutch, big gear oil spray lubricating and slow speed driving devicefor maintain. The production capacity differs significantly due to materialkind, feed size and discharge size.

 

The working principle of dry rod mill  :

 

Material through the feed device evenly get into the rod mill warehouse. There are different specifications grinding rods in the warehouse of rod mill. The grinding rods adhere to the rod mill cylinder rotating due to the centrifugal force when the rod mill working, then the grinding rods fall down and give the material an heavy impact when the grinding rods reach a certain height. When hit the material, coarse is to be broken firstly, then the smaller.After so many times, we would get fine materials.
