Introduction to flotation machine
Ore flotation equipment is applicable for the separation of nonferrous metal and ferrous metal and nonmetal, such as fluorite and talc. The impeller is driven by V-belts, which can bring the centrifugal effect to form the negative pressure. On the one hand, to inhale sufficient air to mix with ore pulp; on the other hand to stir ore pulp and mix with medication to form the mineralized froth, to adjust the height of flashboard to control the liquid level and make the useful froth scraped by loam board.
Application of Flotation Machine :
Floatation Separators, also called ore flotation equipment or flotation cells are popular for applications amongst the separation of ferrous and non ferrous metal for example fluorite and talc. It has an impeller which will create centrifugal forces in the form of negative pressure.
Floatation Separator is widely used in chemical, construct, metallurgy, machine making, food, food processing, feed processing, environmental protection and ceramics.
Working principle of the flotation machine :
After coal and potions fully mixing,they will put into the under slot of first room, after the impeller rotating,it formed negative pressure in the cavity, which made the trough's pulp under it put into the mixing zone separately by the impeller's under suction and up suction.It also can make the air into the mixing zone through along the sleeve, pulp, air and pharmacy and mixed here.
