High Frequency Vibrating Screen For Mineral Beneficiation Plant :
High frequency vibrating screen consists of vibration exciter, ore pulp distributor, screen frame, machineframe, suspension springs and sieve, etc. This series screen is always used inprocessing minerals such as ferrous metals including hematite magnet andnonferrous metals including lead, zinc, gold and silver, etc.
The Advantages and Benefits of HighFrequency Screen:
High efficiency, small amplitude and highfrequency of screening; it differs from the conventional screens with breakingof the surface tension of pulp and high speed vibration on sieve cover andaccelerates the separating of large-density useful mines and increases thecontacting probability of the materials smaller than output granularity and thesieve pore. Therefore, it results into good condition and makes the materialssmaller than the output granularity, especially the big-density materials andpulp get through the sieve pore together.
The Working Principle of High FrequencyScreen:
High frequency vibrating mesh screenconsists of base, frame, and rubber damping spring, low frequencyelectromagnetic vibrator, screen box, mesh screen, high frequencyelectromagnetic vibrator, support, angle adjustment bar and electronic controlbox. When the machine operates, the low frequency electromagnetic vibratorvibrates the feeder and outputs part of the mesh screen directly to move thewhole screen. At the same time, the high frequency electromagnetic vibratorshakes the middle of mesh screen through the rubber cushion. The mesh screen iscomposed of three stainless steel screen layers; the lowest screen layer ishigh strength primary screen which is connected with the shake motor; the othertwo layers are workable screen in mine processing.
