Our cement mill has been designed with two grinding system: Open circuit grinding system and close circuit grinding system. Our ball mill has adopted special intergrate diaphragm and discharge grate to adjust material levels of every chamber so as to increase air ventilation and improve conditions inside mill; Meanwhite it has also used new type of lining plate, regulated mill rotation speed, optimized design of bearings so as to increase its operational stability, use life and grinding efficiency.
Our cement mill are high capacity and low power consumption, which output has been increased about 20% and unit product power consumption has been reduced 10%-12% down.

Working priciple of our cement mill:
The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials. The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished. Main structure:
Cement mill is made up of feeding part, discharging part, gyre part, transmission part, (decelerator, small transmission gear, generator, electrical control ) and so on.
The hollow axis adopts the cast steel and the lining can replace, the rotating big gear processes in the way of casting rolling gear. The barrel body is wearable well and bears wearable scaleboard. This machine run steadily and works reliably.
