Audited Supplier Vibrating screen is mainly composed of screening box, exciter, hanging device and electromotor. The electromotor drives the principal axis of the exciter to rotate through v-shaped belt, and under the centrifugal inertia force of the unbalanced materials on the exciter, the screen box will gain vibration and it can gain different vibration amplitudes through changing the eccentric block of the exciter.
Working principle of Circular vibrating screen:
It is mainly composed of screen box, exciter, suspension (or support) device and motor. Motor through V-belt exciter eccentric block to produce the high-speed rotation. Operation of the eccentric block to produce great centrifugal force to stimulate sieve box to produce a certain amplitude circular motion, screen box was vibrating.
Change the exciter eccentric weight, obtain different amplitude. Tthe material in the tilt screen surface by the impulse to pass by the screen box and generate continuous movement of throwing materials with the screen surface meet manipulation smaller than the sieve particles through sieve, in order to achieve the classification.
