1. jaw crusher Application
PE Series Jaw crusher are used for the primary and secondary crushing of hard material. There are two types of crusher, including coarse jaw crusher and fine jaw crusher. Jaw crusher is especially used in mining and construction industries, it is especially fit to crush various stone and ores that compression strength less than 300Mpa , such as
Hard stone: granite,quartz stone, basalt, dolomite, basalt etc.
Hard ores: iron ore, copper ore, gold ore, phosphorus ore, silicon etc.
Soft stone and ores:coal, limestone,petroleum coke etc.
This crusher is designed to improve crushing efficiency, saving more energy, increase production capacity, and to obintain higher economic benifits.
Jaw Crusher Working Principle
The working part of the jaw crusher is two pieces of jaw plate, one is fixed on the front wall of machine body, which is called fixed jaw, the other is swing jaw, which forming a crushing chamber with the fixed jaw, move back and forth periodically. When separating, the material enters into the crushing chamber and then the particle drops out from the bottom; when they get closer, the material is crushed by the compressive force, then the final product get out from the lower outlet.

3. Jaw crusher composition-structure
It is made up of frame, eccentric shaft, grooved wheel, flywheel, moving jaw, side guard plate, toggle Plate, toggle backseat, adjusting screw, returning spring, fixed jaw plate and moving jaw plate. Toggle plate is of safety function.
4. Special remarks: Please carefully examine the fasteners, especially lubrication components and bolts, before the machine is started. Enough oil must be needed on each lubrication component. Fasten the loose bolts, clear the crushing cavity, and then start the machine. During the normal operation, even material feeding is important. Insufficient load or over load is not allowed. Moving jaw plate, fixed jaw plate, side guard plate and roof plate are wearing parts, and much attention should be paid to them.
