2200*7500 Raw Material Mill For Cement Plant:
High-efficiency raw material cement mill is mainly used in grinding raw materials and final products in cement plant. And it is also suitable for grinding various ores and other materials in metallurgy, chemical, and power industry, etc. In our company,this machine has increased the productivity greatly, and the specific surface area is large, it is a new energy-saving grinding equipment, which has realized high capacity and super fine. Compared to internationally stipulated ball mill with same specifications, under the other situation of the same parameters, the output per machine hour has increased by 20%, and the power consumption per unit product has decreased by 10-15%. For open-circuit grinding, the specific surface area of cement can reach above 320square meters/kg. Besides, the performance of this machine has reached international advanced level, and it is suitable for close-circuit grinding, together with separator.
Raw material mill strucuture:
raw material mill is made up of feedisng part, discharging part, gyre part, transmission part, (decelerator, small transmission gear, motor, electrical control) and so on.
The hollow axis adopts the cast steel and the lining can replace, the rotating big gear processes in the way of casting rolling gear. The barrel body is wearable well and bears wearable scaleboard. This machine run steadily and works reliably.
Raw material mill Working Principle:
The cement raw material mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials. The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.
