1. Vibrating feeder usage:
Vibrating feeder is widely applied in combined operation of crushing and screening in the industries like metallurgy, mine, mine selection, building materials, chemicals, etc.
Vibrating feeder feeds block or granule materials from the material storage to charging device evenly and continuously. It can realize even feeding for crushers in sandstone production line and make rough screening for materials.
2. Working Principle of the vibrating feeder:
Vibrating feeder consists of the vibrating frame, vibrators, springs, electric motor, aircraft vibration and other components. There are two eccentric shafts rotating at high speed at the same time from opposite direction, thus the strong centrifugal force is formed. The component forces of centrifugal force along the vibrating direction will always overlap each other, the counteract with that of vertical force from vibrating direction, then exciting force along single direction is formed to drive the feeder vibrate along straight line. When materials are fed into the feeder, they may be thrown up and move like paracurve, then fall down. The materials will move forward on the slope surface of the feeder.
3. Characteristics of Vibrating Feeder: Stable vibrating, reliable operation, long using life; can adjust the excitation force and change and control the flow stably and conveniently; the vibrating motor, as the excitation source, has low noise, small power consumption, good adjusting performance and without material splash. Simple structure, reliable running, convenient installation, light weight, small size, easy maintenance, and the enclosed type can prevent dust pollution.

Normally, the equipment warranty is 18 months since installation, but can extend as long as 24 months as the clients' request. Quality control

Deya Machinery strictly follows ISO 9001: 2008 Quality management system. Most equipment will be test for at least 8 hours in the factory before delivery. There is record in computer for each equipment, spares can be easily confirmed when it is necessary.
Q: What about Warranty of the products?
A: Hengxing equipment grants our customers a twelve-month-period warranty from the date of delivery for machines exported from us. During the warranty period, in case any defect of material or workmanship occurred with spare parts in normal operation, we will at our discretion replace or repair the defective parts freely.
