1. Introduction of Mini Small Gypsum Incinerator, Active Lime Production Line
Active lime production line is A line of active lime production. The rotary kiln is the widely-used equipment in calcining active lime. The amount of active lime calcined by rotary kiln accounted for more than 1/3.
Active lime rotary kiln production line is mainly composed of five system: sintering system, materials screen and feeding system, finished product conveying, storage and transportation system, waste gas treatment system, pulverized coal process system. The sintering system is composed of three main equipments: vertical preheater, rotary kiln, vertical cooler.

1. According to the character of limestone and its calcination requirement, the structure of kiln inlet and outlet sections has been optimized. It can resolve the problem of material returning back to kiln inlet and the leakage of dust.
2. Evenly heating for limestone, low rate of less calcination and over calcination. Especially suitable for the high activity lime for steel making.
3. Technical configuration is optional: matched vertical preheater can use the high temperature gas from rotary kiln to preheating the limestone from room temperature to decomposition condition; matched vertical cooler can cooling down the high temperature of lime in the shortest time. The process can increase capacity 30% and save energy 40%.
3. Features of Mini Small Gypsum Incinerator, Active Lime Production Line
1. 2-3 supporting points can guarantee the contacting surface between supporting roller and tyre is paralleled with axis line of cylinder during installation.
2. Certain gap is reserved between tyre and cylinder. After thermal expand of cylinder, the tyre can tightly stick on cylinder for strength it.
3. Gear is split type combination structure which is assembled with cylinder by spring boards. The features are easy for installation, steady transmission.
4.Supporting device is antifriction bearing (occasionally uses slide bearing). This design has simplified the supporting device of supporting roller, and reduced the useless power loss during operation. It has the features like easy operation and maintenance.
5. Low speed unloading rotation device is designed for easy installation and commissioning. It also can guarantee unloading rotation operation during maintenance of main driving system or other emergency situation. This design can prevent cylinder from bending and deforming during the temperature is cooling down.
6. Mechanical or hydraulic catching roller is optional according to different type of rotary kiln. Both them have high accuracy and reliability, and also make sure evenly attrition of outer circle of supporting roller and tyre at the direction of complete width.
7. Radial direction contacting type sealing device is adopted at kiln inlet and outlet. They are perfect suitable for dimension tolerance of cylinder and skewing movement of cylinder. This sealing device's feature is good performance, longer working life and easy for replacement.
4. Principle of Mini Small Gypsum Incinerator, Active Lime Production Line
The raw material enters into the cylinder body from the tail of the kiln to be calcined at high temperature. Due to the tilting kiln body and the slow rotation, the material produces a complex movement which moves along the circumferential direction and moves along the axial direction from the high end to the low end.
Limestone is heated by high temperature kiln flue gas in preheater, then it is pushed into the rotary kiln by the hydraulic push rod. The limestone is calcined in rotary kiln under high temperature, then the finished active limestone enter into the vertical cooler. After cooling the active lime will be transmitted into the finished product storage and transportation system. The waste gas will be discharged after processed by waste gas treatment system.
