Rock crusher ,Jaw rock crusher, also known as jaw breaker or jaw breakers, fulfills the crushing process by simulating the movement of the two jaws of an animal. PE jaw crusher has been widely used in many fields, such as mining, metallurgy, building materials, highway, railway, water conservancy, chemistry and so on. PE jaw crusher can crush all kinds of materials with compressive strength no more than 320 Mpa.

Jaw crushers are typically used as primary crushers, or the first step in the process of reducing rock, and are one of the main types of primary crushers in a mine or ore processing plant.

 Working Features of PE Rock Jaw Crusher:

The crusher in the first working procedure is called the main crusher. When fed to the pe jaw crusher, the materials are poured from the top inlet into the crushing chamber with jaw plate. The movable plate raises the bulk material up to the fixed jaw plate (chamber wall), and with the action of two plates, the materials are crushed into smaller-sized stone. The one which makes movable jaw plate work is an eccentric shaft, which is fitted through the whole body frame.
