Product Description

Principle of fine impact crusher machine equipment:

The impact crusher from Zhengzhou Hengxing Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd is able to crushe lumps of max 500mm into 15-30mm. The discharge size is adjustable by adjusting the gap distance between impact plate and blow bar. We use anti-wear Mn steel impact plate and high quality chrome steel blow bar.

The fine Impact Crusher manufactured by Zhengzhou Hengxing Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd has the inner part, touching the material to be crushed, is protected by means of a special antiwear steel plates, interchangeable, which may be fixed & dismantled very easily.
Side windows with a manual opening operated for inspection of the interior of machine.

Impact bars of the special antiwear alloy steel, which can be replaced very easily.
Impact anvils, also made of special antiwear steel, protected by exchangeable thick bars made of special steel as well.
