The Coal Dust Briquette machines Application
Briquette machines apply to press coal powder,coke powder,ore powder, the final products is pellet(20-60mm),which is used in civilian use or Industrial use( bolier,coal gas furnace,smelt metal,etc).
Working Principle of the coal dust briquette machine :
1.Main part of the coal dust ,coal powder briquetting machine is provided with motive power by electromagnetic speed motor,through belt pulley, cylindrical gear reducer, transmit to the main drive shaft by bar pin coupling.
2. Drive shaft and driven shaft of charcoal briquetting machine use the open gear to ensure synchronous operation,behind the driven shaft bearing block, set a hydraulic device.
When briquetting machine works, feeding device will sent materials to feed port evenly. When feeding amount is equal to required amount of materials, it can maintain constant pressing ball speed. If it is feeding too much, electric motor will be overloaded. However, if the materials are insufficient, it cannot press ball.
