Features Of iron ore Ball Mill:
ball mill use of large diameter double row self-aligning roller bearings, instead of the original tile-type alloy sliding bearing, reducing friction and reducing energy consumption, mill easy to start.
1. When the diameter of ball mill is less than 3200mm its conventional configuration is using rolling bearing instead of bush sliding bearing energy saving 10% - 20%;
2. When the diameter of ball mill is more than 2700mm its conventional configuration is using slow driving device for installing liner and maintenance;
3. When the diameter of ball mill is less than 1500mm its conventional configuration is monolithic large chassis then reduce installation requirements and shorten installation time;
4. When the power of ball mill is less than 110 KW it uses cage asynchronous motor; When the power of ball mill is more than 110 KW it uses wire wound asynchronous motor; When the power of ball mill is more than 400 KW it uses high voltage (6 KV or 10 KV) asynchronous motor or the TDMK series high voltage (6 KV or 10 KV) synchronous motor;
5. Drum Feeder Spiral Feeder and Joint Feeder are available for meeting different working condition;
6. The gear lubrication mode has grease lubrication thin oil lubrication and automatic oil mist lubrication for meeting different working condition;
7. The bearing lubrication has manual and electric grease lubrication pump for automatic lubrication;
8. There are a variety of liner plates type to select. Compared to A series standard type B series energy-saving type can save energy 10% - 20%.
Application Of Ball Mill:
Rotary ball mill is a grinding machine to grind all kinds of iron ore and other materials. Which is widely used in powder-making production line including minerals cement, silicate, new-type building material, refractory material, fertilizer, iron ore dressing of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, glass ceramics, etc.
Iron ore ball mill working principle:
The material is being fed to coarse grinding warehouse by chute though hollow shaft of the spiral in cone. the material is smashed under the impact of larger diameter grinding medium (ball) in the coarse grinding cell. Being shattered into certain granularity material pass the diaphragms of grate board into combined-type diaphragms to be screened.but the grinding body of coarse grinding warehouse is blocked by diaphragms of grate board. Materials are sieved by sieve plate inside Combined-type diaphragms, too thick material being filtering out, and return to coarse grinding warehouse. The fine materials less than screen size seam through the sieve into fine grinding warehouse.Materials are grinded by small grinding medium further grinding in fine grinding warehouse, the powder material will be discharged from the grind plate to finish the grinding. Qualified products are hollow shaft into the discharging device and expelled. The material grate board can effectively prevent the small grinding medium run out of the ground, thin grinding medium residual by discharging device inside the rotary screen filtering out.
